How To Become a CMA

Hold an active IMA membership.

Course enrollment, filling exam application, viewing exam scores, furnishing the experience & education proofs is done on the IMA portal.

Complete and pass Parts 1 and 2 of the CMA Exam.

Testing is conducted across India.

Note: You do not need a Bachelor’s degree to give the exams. You have 7 years, from the date of passing the CMA exams to submit your degree to IMA.

The aspiring CMA's are required to abide by the rules and statement set by IMA's ethical and professional practice

Meet work experience requirements*.

2 years of work experience in accounting or finance (pre or post qualifying).
