You should enroll in an appropriate PG Degree/ M.Com. after completing all 4 Exams of CPA.
Since you are short by 30 credits for your licensure, you should complete the additional course only after you pass all 4 CPA Exams..
However, after you pass all 4 sections of the CPA Exam, you may be required to submit specific subject credits depending on the type and state of license (since rules differ on a state-to-state basis). This may limit your options, when choosing the right PG course.
