Refunds: For Duplicate payment
100% Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by EDUMONT LLP.
Refund in cases of ‘Unavailability of Service’
100% refund for Tuition Fee will be given, if service is not available or we are not able to provide the service in perpetuity. UWorld & EduMont study material cost will not be refunded once the UWorld online study materials have been activated or EduMont physical books have been received by the candidate.
Refund to be processed within 7-10 Days after the approval from authorized personnel of EDUMONT LLP. The refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer or Cheque.
General Refund Policy
We provide 100% refund of Tuition Fee, exclusively in case of lapse of service terms on the part of EDUMONT LLP as expressly defined in the ‘Unavailability of Service’ para above.
